In this one-on-one session with Lauryn, she will teach your partner how to use massage, acupressure, and counterpressure during both the latent and active stages of labour.

 

First, your partner will learn and practice these techniques on your body. Then, Lauryn will demonstrate different massage methods for prenatal preparation and labour. 

 

After the session, Lauryn will send you a personalized PDF with movements and pictures for your partner to refer to during labour.
