Birth Prep Session 

Lauryn's Birth Prep massage is for any woman from 37 weeks onwards. We can start safely using the "induction" points in TCM with Press Needles, Seeds or Moxa, which are not a like a button that will inject the baby but a tool to communicate with the baby that it's time to start thinking about coming out. 

Mixed with clinical aromatherapy tailored to your need on the day and myofascial release, plus mobilising techniques to open up the pelvis and prep for birth and help with the babies' position.

Breech Balancing session 

Breech balancing is about making space for the baby to move 
With a combination of muscle and ligament releases in the mother's body.

Lauryn combines a mix of the Spinning babies tilt and place holder technique with her TCM understanding of eastern breech practices. 
She may do massage releases, Moxa and acupuncture, depending on the type of breach. 

This treatment can be done to support ECV, and it will also be essential to do the homework to reinforce the therapy. 

C-section Scar Massage

C-section scar Massage can be done 8 weeks after the procedure, and it is designed to promote healing and reduce discomfort. This gentle and effective therapy can help improve mobility, reduce scar tissue buildup, and enhance overall well-being. Whether in the early stages of recovery or your healing journey, Lauryn will use myofascial muscle release, mobilizations/alignments, Moxa, needling, and neuromuscular touch. Her sessions promote healing, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility.

Fertility Support Massage

For a woman going through any Artificial Reproductive Therapy (ART) or just a woman experiencing fertility issues that need a nourishing massage to help with everything from emotional health and body discomforts from egg retrieval to embryo insertion. 

Lauryn will create a bespoke treatment using tools from her tool kit to help you cope with this season. 

Labour session 

This session is for when you are in latent labour or things are not progressing. It aims to progress your labour by using TCM points to help with dilution and emotion blockages or spinning baby techniques to further the baby down the pelvis or into an optional position.

I often find that Muscles or ligaments are often holding your baby in place, so making space helps 

labour progress. 

Posterior Massage

This session is for those back-to-your-back babies who need support to change to optimal. We will work together to help encourage the baby to change positions. I will use a combination of massage movements concentrated on the back paraspinal muscles, releases of the Psoas and Deep 6 Glutes. And often the broad and round ligaments.

Then,  I'll give yoga and spinning babies take-home techniques to balance the posterior baby.

​Postpartum Massage 

Lauryn's Postpartum massage is for any person who has birthed a baby.

The first six weeks are optimal as the uterus slowly returns to the pelvis, and you're getting used to feeding positions and your new normal. but the first 2 years i consider the postnatel period as thats how long your body take to ajust to the new normal. 

The massage can also help with pelvic muscle issues from birth or the cesarian scar healing process and general postpartum concerns like carpal tunnel, mental exhaustion and mild edema. 

Pregnancy Massage 

Lauryn’s prenatal massage is tailored to your needs, from general aches and pains like rib pain, neck, shoulder and wrist pain to intense lower back pain, SIJ dysfunction, SPD and Pregnancy Sciatica.

To achieve therapeutic effects, lauryn utilizes a side-lying bolster system, which allows her to work remedially. 

Then, she can weave in her knowledge of acupressure and aromatherapy, if needed, to create a pregnancy massage 

that is holistic, helping with mental and physical conditions 

in pregnancy.
