Lauryn does not see yoga as just exercise; it is a practice part of a deeper traditional medicine system. Her yoga is a therapy through healing movement, stillness and breath.
Her classes are for women during the childbearing years and beyond. She wants to provide a space where people can come and explore yoga as a skill they use off the mat and in their lives to help them through life events.​

YOGA OFFERINGS
In all yoga classes, Lauryn provides all the necessary props and mats. Pregnant students can start attending classes from week 0 right up until their due date. Postnatal clients may begin around 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a cesarean section. If you are unsure about when to start, feel free to message Lauryn, and she will assist you.
